Ahhh, Christmas. Is it already that time again? Hard to believe, but easy to accept.
Every year around this time, I spend countless hours completing redecorating my home to reflect the season. From the stunningly beautiful Christmas tree down to the salt and pepper shakers—I love waking up to what feels like a completely different house.
But I think it is safe to say, the best part of Christmas decorating is turning an average tree into a magnificent piece of art. I love that each ornament reminds me of a specific person, place, or occasion—the ballerina from my dad, the shell from our honeymoon in St. John, the gold carriage from Brett….the list goes on and on. Once the tree is completely adorned, it tells a story—my story, our story, and the story still to come.
