When I first heard about Annie & Isabel, I immediately fell in love with their concept—hospital gowns that provide comfort, style and dignity. They believe that when you look great, you feel better. I couldn’t agree more!
I was honored to wear not one, but two Annie & Isabel gowns when I had Everett, and I absolutely LOVED them. From the moment I changed into my first gown, I was getting compliments from the nurses, family members, and even strangers in the hallway. Everyone wanted to know where I had gotten my beautiful hospital gown. I happily twirled around, exclaiming “It even has pockets!” as I showed them my hidden chapstick. Minutes before heading into surgery, I felt surprisingly confident, calm, and dare I say….cute.
The Annie & Isabel gowns wrap completely around the back and tie to the side providing full coverage of your backside, which I know ALL women can appreciate. The gowns also have nifty shoulder snaps (which made breastfeeding a breeze) and come in six different styles and sizes. I wore the Annie gown during delivery and the new Elizabeth gown (my favorite!) during recovery.
It might sound silly that something like a hospital gown could affect the hospital experience so much, but for me, it truly did. After a c-section, nine hours of puking, and lots of other awkward things happening to my body, a beautiful hospital gown made all the difference. While my heart was full of joy after Everett was born, I was also incredibly happy to be looking halfway decent. And let’s be honest, those poor nurses look at the ugliest hospital gowns all day. I could tell my pretty gowns weren’t just making me happy, they were putting smiles on the nurses’ faces too.
Although this was only my first birth, I have no doubt that I will wear an Annie & Isabel gown for every future birth as well. I have been in love with the idea of these gowns a year ago when I first saw a girl wearing one. I knew I’d have to have one when I decided to have my own babies. Well a week and a half before my wedding my fiancé and I found out we are expecting!!! An Annie gown is a must! As soon as I saw it I knew it was me. I know it’ll make me feel pretty the day my baby comes

I just bought the Evelynn gown for my sister who has Cystic Fibrosis and I know this gown is going to make her feel great so she can keep being strong and she can look great doing it! I seen the gown on your blog and bought it for her right away. I would a gown for myself for my next baby.
