ta-da!

There are few things in life I love more than a good makeover. One year and three months + 106 posts later, this blog finally feels like home. It’s been a labor of love, and worth every ounce of effort. I love writing and sharing here. Even if nobody ever visited, I would still love it just as much. This is my safe place. A place where I can dump my thoughts, share my secrets, and write to my soul’s content. A place where I can share a small piece of my heart with a small part of yours. A place where my (future) kids can read about who mommy was, and how far she’s come. A place where I can remember who I am, and who I want to be. This is my safe place, and I am thankful to have it.

I am also thankful for my husband, and his mad programming skills. Without him, this blog would be a pile of scribbles and sketches. My vision is nothing without his ability to help digitize it. So thank you B, for the countless hours you spent editing my html, php, and css. I’m glad we found moments to lol in the midst of it all. Thank you for putting up with my perfectionism and quirky demands. I know I’m not the easiest client to deal with, but I appreciate you more than all the rest put together.
